Another pony ride!
Ok- so it has been a little crazy this Fall with our "Fall outings"....but it has been so much fun! We went to two more fall festival/pumpkin patches this weekend! We are officially worn out, but have had a blast!!!
Friday night we met some great friends for dinner at Mellow Mushroom, Saturday we headed to Gainesville and put Jack down for a nap. Poppa stayed home with Jack, so Steven and I could go have lunch together just us. It was really great and we enjoyed having a nice lunch just us! We have got to do that more often! We met some really good high school friends at Jae-more Farms around 3:30 and the kids had so much fun! We ate fried peach pies, went on a pony ride, walked through a corn maze, and checked out some pumpkins! We went back to Joy's house for some yummy bbq and more playing! It was so great to be with friends AND celebrate Ruby's 30th birthday!! Woooo hoooooooooo!
Sunday we got up and went to Burt's Farm with Granny and Poppa! It did not disappoint for a 2nd annual trip! We had a great time and the weather was AWESOME! Not a cloud in the sky and just cool enough to make it feel like Fall! Later that afternoon, we had some pictures made of Jack, Steven, and I by the lake in Gainesville! I can't wait to see how they turn out! Needless to say, we were wiped out by the time we got home!
Jack has gotten 6 or 7 new teeth in over the last 2-3 weeks...some of them are not all the way through and still seem to be a little sore, but he has really not complained at all! It sure looks like it would hurt! That is a lot at one time!! He is such a little tough guy! He falls down and jumps right back up! He is truly a blast right now! He is just talking more and listening and following directions... However, he is a true toddler these days as it comes to playing and being busy... the older he gets the more he "pushes" the limits to see what he can get away with! We are working on it everyday!
Jack and I both were fighting some colds last week and luckily seem to be both back at 100%! We are ready for a good week! And we have started it off in the right direction! We got up this morning and had some good Mommy and Jack time, then we went for a long chilly walk and then went to some neighbor's for playing and lunch!
Nap time now, which means time for Mommy to get lots done!
Check out our new pictures!
