Jack's first Camp Meeting with the Buffington's

We had such a great weekend staying at Nana and Poppa's! We went to Camp Meeting with all the Buffington family on Saturday night, and Jack got to meet all of his cousins! Granny Buffington had 4 great grandchildren there! We can't believe that July is almost over! Jack is getting so big and more fun every day! He is really starting to laugh out loud and squeal It is too cute! He is becoming quite the talker! He is also very determined to roll over from his back to his tummy! He spends a lot of his time trying to do that! We are just having so much fun!

My first big trip to Savannah for my Christening!

WOW! What a big trip to Savannah! Jack got to meet everyone! The weekend was amazing! Jack was such a big boy and behaved so great!

Jack was Christened at St. John's Episcopal Church in Savannah on Saturday. The weather was perfect and Jack was an angel during the ceremony! Nannie (Aunt Ann) hosted a beautiful party afterwards to celebrate Jack and there were so many friends and family there! It really was a perfect afternoon with everyone relaxing and enjoying being together!

Jack also got to meet his Nana Leonard this weekend! She was really happy to finally meet her seventh great grandchild! We also spent an evening with the Floyds that was so much fun! Cousins Connor, Sarah, and Sammy got to hold sweet baby Jack!

Almost 3 months!!!

We can NOT believe that is has been almost 3 months since little Jack arrived! He is twice the size now! He is starting to really enjoy touching and hitting his toys! It is so neat to see him figure out what he is doing!

We are leaving for our first Savannah trip on Friday morning! We are so excited and can't wait for Jack to meet so many new friends and family!

I am growing and I think I found my hands!

Jack is just getting bigger and bigger! He found his hands and is starting to love hitting all his toys and watching them swing back and forth! He is also loving sucking and chewing on his hands and arms! We are getting excited about our trip to Savannah next weekend for his christening! There are so many new friends to meet down there!

We grilled out with the Walsh's last night...and Jack is very sad to see his new friends (Grant and Davis) move away! We are going to miss them!

Showers, Dates, and More!

We had a great weekend! I got to meet Ansley and Grant! And I hear that I am going to have a new little friend (Baby Erdel!) in October!!! Aunt Mamie came to visit too and I loved meeting her! She kept me Friday night and Mommy and Daddy went out on a date! On Saturday night they helped host a shower for Baby Caroline (she is going to be my new friend in September!) and Aunt Jennifer and Uncle John came to play with me! I was a big boy!

Every day is more fun and we are loving our little family!

I am 2 months old and a BIG boy!

I am such a big boy! I got a GREAT report from Dr. "G"! I weigh 12lbs. 5 oz. and I am 24 1/2 inches long! Look at me grow! I have hit all of my 2 month milestones and even some more! I am loving standing up in Mommy and Daddy's lap and I am sleeping most nights from 9pm-6am! Dr. "G" said that was tremendous!

Aunt Mamie is coming to visit us today and Daddy is taking off work tomorrow and spending the day with us! It is going to be so much fun! Mommy is packing up all of my newborn and 0-3 month clothes! I am really growing!

Daddy's First Father's Day...and I rolled over!

We had an amazing first Father's Day at the Leonard house! We stayed home all day just the three of us! We had biscuits for breakfast and corned beef & cabbage for dinner (Daddy's request!) We gave Daddy two adirondack chairs for the patio and he loved them! We spent the afternoon painting them while Jack took a nap! They look great out there!

We also went to visit Nana and help take care of her after her knee replacement surgery! She is doing so great!

The other big news is that Jack rolled over for the first time on Sunday (6/15) and he is doing just great! He is smiling and laughing a lot now! It is just so fun! We love every moment we get with him! He goes to see Dr. "G" this week and gets his first shots! We are sure he will be fine....hopefully we will handle it well too!
