A New Trophy and Packing!

The kids think that living among the boxes is super exciting... Mommy is not enjoying it quite as much! I like organization and things to be at least partly clean! BUT at least it means we are making progress! We have spent a lot of time packing lately and getting ready for our big move! The kids have really wanted to help and seem genuinely excited about the new house! It is fun to hear them talk about it!
Steven had the kids really "helping" out this weekend.  Lucy wrapped plastic spoons on the kitchen floor and Jack organized plastic forks, spoons, knives and Splenda packets! This at least kept them occupied for a little bit! Poppa and Nunno were so great again to help out and keep the kids some this weekend so we could be productive! The kids came home to lots of boxes in their rooms! They were so excited they asked if we could pack some more! I said, "Absolutely!"...... Daddy said, "Are you serious?!"
This has been one of the more stressful times in our lives, but also one of the most exciting! Things have gone VERY smoothly on both ends of selling and buying and has all happened pretty fast! We are less than 2 weeks from being in the new house!!!! If you are reading this, please please plan on visiting super soon! I can't wait to get in and post some pictures! Did we mention that the new house has a pool and hot tub?! It's just too fun!

We did manage to sneak in another basketball game on Saturday AND the big awards ceremony this afternoon for Upward Sports. It is such a well organized and fun group to be a part of! Jack has really enjoyed it and really improved over the season! It was a big ceremony today with highlight videos and trophy presentations! We went to a fun dinner and then to get frozen yogurt afterwards! The weather is supposed to be fabulous this weekend.... we will enjoy one more great patio/backyard weekend in the house before we go!

Oh.....and I made sure I did not miss Bon Jovi with my girls this week! As always..they did not disappoint! It was SUCH a fun night!!!!!

....AND Lucy's first trip to the dentist! She was such a big girl and did not cry at all!
