My First Thanksgiving

We had the BEST Thanksgiving! Jack was so happy to get to spend the day with family! The boys fried a turkey for the third year in a row! We had an amazing dinner at Granny and Poppa's house and went to visit with Hossie later in the afternoon! Jack was quite the performer all weekend and smiled at everyone he saw! He was so happy!
We also celebrated Aunt Jennifer's birthday on Wednesday night at "The Hat" in Gainesville! Jack flirted with most of the people around him and loved sitting in Aunt Jennifer's lap! He even helped her open a few gifts!
As you can see from some of the pictures...our little man has a new smile! He grins as wide as he can showing all of his gums! He thinks it is very funny! We do too! He also loves to stand on the couch and hold on to the back cushions...yet another thing that he thinks is really funny! Basically, as long as someone is watching him...he thinks whatever he is doing is funny! We are loving every minute of it!

We are going to get our Christmas tree today and finish putting up some of the decorations! We are so excited about the holidays this year with our little holiday angel!

Big Baby Jack and Class Reunions!

We are having a GREAT November! The weather is awesome...a little chilly at times though! Saturday morning was 19! Yikes! Jack is looking cute in his little blue coat! Dylan came over to play one night! We had lots of fun! We went to Katie's 10 year high school reunion this weekend and got to see Cousin Jade and his three boys at Hossie's! It was a great weekend! We can't wait for Thanksgiving this week! It's our favorite!

Jack had a cough this week but it is feeling much better! He weighed 18 lbs. 7ozs. Wednesday when we went to see Dr. G! What a big boy!

He is really starting to rock on hands and knees and is ready to start moving! We dont think it will be much longer before he is crawling...but we are not rushing it! He is banging his toys together and playing his drum! He is also starting to hold his hands high over his head and smile really big when we say, "How big is the baby??? SOOOOOOOOOO Big!" He thinks he is too funny doing that!

We are starting to get the Christmas stuff out and will be a full blown Christmas wonderland this time next week! It is so exciting to think about our first holidays with our little man! He is just so wonderful!

Halloween and Disney

WOW! We are so happy to be back home! We have had a fun filled week in Savannah and at Disney World!!! We started out in Savannah for Halloween! We spent Halloween night with Nannie and Ugga on Bluff Drive! It was so much fun... and Jack was the cutest and happiest little lobster! He even got voted one of the cutest costumes at Isle of Hope! We met up with lots of friends and other families at a park for pizza before trick-or-treating! Jack won part of the costume contest!
We visited with Aunt Sally and Uncle John, and spent some good time with Grandbubba! Lots of visiting!

Mommy and Daddy headed off to Disney World for 2 days with Brian and Sarah! It was so much fun! The four of us had a blast together! Disney World was just amazing! Jack was such a big boy with Mimi and Papa Frank while we were away!

It was great to get the three of us back together and headed home! We are settling back in now and hopefully going to get some good rest tonight!!!
