Let the Celebrating Begin!!!

Jack's weekend of celebration started yesterday at school! Daddy, Lucy and I came to school with balloons, cupcakes, and juice boxes for everyone! Jack was excited we were there and wanted to help pass out plates and napkins..but was NOT excited about everyone singing to him and all the attention being on him to blow out his candles. He was a little timid! Hmmmmm...wonder what that means for tomorrow! Hopefully he wont be too shy with all the attention on him again! It was fun to celebrate with all of his buddies at school! They have had a fun week of school! On Wednesday they had "The Great Campout" where they got to bring sleeping bags, flash lights, and something to put in their trail mix. He also got to wear his pjs to school which he thought was "VERY silly"!
Jack also had a very good swimming lesson with Mr. Jay this week! He was more excited and did great with him! He practiced floating on his back, kicking his feet, jumping in and getting out of the pool using his elbows! He told me that he had fun and that Mr. Jay was not a stranger! (We have been talking alot about stranger danger!)
It's been a really fun week and a really fun weekend is ahead of us! Aunt Mimi and Great Granny are on their way hear now for the party! We are so excited they are coming to celebrate with us..and help!!!! Daddy and I have lots to do tonight to get ready for the big Egg Hunt/Birthday party tomorrow! It should be such a happy weekend!!!

On a quick Lucy note....she found her feet this week and is loving having somethign new to play with!!! It is so cute to watch her! She is still loving the Exersaucer and her swing outside! It is nice to have somewhere new to put her to play besides on her mat!
